To clean, wipe down your mat with a soft towel dampened with oil-free soap and water. Allow to fully air dry laying flat or hanging. To protect the mat, try to avoid using lotions before use or wearing any jewellery on your hands and feet. Avoid storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Free UK Returns up to 30 days

We offer prepaid postage on UK items returned or exchanged within 30 days.

To return or exchange an item, simply login to our online returns portal to print a delivery label, and drop off the package at your nearest DPD collection point.

 

Refunds

Goods returned from the UK should receive a refund within 5 working days.

Please note that goods need to be returned in good condition, undamaged, and with all their original tags to qualify for a refund.
