Do you offer free returns?

We offer FREE returns (prepaid postage) on UK orders for items returned or exchanged within 30 days.

To return or exchange an item, simply log in to our online returns portal to print a delivery label, and drop off the package at your nearest DPD collection point.

For international returns outside of the UK, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

For online purchases, returns can be processed at any of our stores. However, please note that exchanges for online purchases are not available in-store at this time.

What is your return policy?

We accept the return of items ordered within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that returns or exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed in-store at this time.

How will I know if you have refunded me?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 1-5 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.

I’ve received an item as a gift, can I return or exchange it?

Please note, items can only be returned directly to Varley if they were purchased from uk.varley.com. Garments purchased through any other retailer must be returned to them.

To create a gift return or exchange, please visit our gift returns portal and follow the steps within the portal. You'll need the original order number and the postcode of the address the package was delivered to.

Once your return or exchange has been started, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email (domestic returns only) and you may drop your package at your nearest carrier location.
